Installed in days

Why a factory builds it better.
In the Netherlands, prefab extensions are how it's done — Dutch building standards are among the strictest in Europe, and factory conditions are the only way to meet them consistently. Every wall is built indoors, square and dry, with the insulation and glazing already fitted. Then the same crew that built it installs it — now in England too.

Planning permission? Usually not needed.
Most single-storey rear extensions up to 3–4 metres deep fall under permitted development — no planning permission required — and up to 6–8 metres is possible with a simple prior-approval notification. Rear dormers usually qualify too, within the 40/50 m³ roof-volume allowance. We check your address free of charge, and whatever paperwork is needed, we handle it.
